Learners prepare for financial conversations, explaining the standard of care, and leading apology meetings.
Training 4. Carrying It Forward—Sustaining Communication After Harm
This training emphasizes the long-term commitment needed to sustaining CRPs. Learners gain strategies for measuring case and program outcomes, including CMS expectations.
